If you do not agree to all terms listed below, you must cease using this website immediately.

1. Strictly for Research Use Only

All chemical structures, peptides, and compounds offered on this platform are distributed exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro studies, and scientific analysis.

  • These materials are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic treatments, drug development, diagnostic testing, cosmetics, or veterinary applications.
  • By placing an order request, you represent and warrant that you will properly handle, test, and use these compounds in strict accordance with industry safety standards.
  • South Florida Bioresearch reserves the absolute right to deny or cancel any order request if we suspect the intended use falls outside of our strict laboratory boundaries.
2. Gated Access and Verified Membership Requirements

To view our compounds, access pricing, or submit order requests, you must complete our research registration process.

  • All registrants must legally verify that they are at least twenty one years of age.
  • You must complete our pre access qualification form, declaring your active professional role, such as Researcher, Doctor, Clinical Specialist, or Student.
  • You agree to provide fully accurate institutional credentials, including your company or university affiliation, and valid professional location details.
  • We perform manual verification checks on every applicant. We reserve the right to decline or terminate accounts that provide incomplete, suspicious, or unverifiable information.
3. Manual Order Request and Billing Workflow

To protect our operations from payment processing risks, this website does not utilize automated credit card payment gateways.

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order functions solely as an Order Request or Price Quote request. Upon submitting your request, our administrative team receives an immediate notification, and you receive an email confirming receipt of your inquiry.

We manually evaluate your credentials and inventory availability before issuing a formal invoice. Payment collection, manual billing, and invoicing are handled independently and securely outside this website using external bank transfers or authorized manual clearing protocols.

4. Pricing and Quotations

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Listed prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or special cold storage packaging fees.

Custom quotations or bulk purchase discounts are available upon request and remain valid for thirty days from the issue date. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, typos, or inventory discrepancies at any time, even after an order request has been submitted.

5. Expedited Shipping and Logistics Protection

Because laboratory compounds require environmental stabilization, we prioritize secure shipping operations.

All domestic shipments are dispatched from the US via FedEx priority shipping methods to ensure rapid transit. Tracking numbers are generated and emailed to your registered inbox within forty eight hours of payment confirmation. Most peptide materials are shipped with temperature protective blue gel cold packs to preserve molecular structure.

While we strive for rapid dispatch, delivery dates are estimates. South Florida Bioresearch is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather conditions, custom holds, or operational transit issues. For international orders, researchers assume full responsibility for submitting necessary import permits, clearing customs, and paying regional duties or taxes.

6. Strict No Cancellations and No Returns Policy

Due to the delicate, perishable nature of lyophilized peptide chains, all transactions are subject to strict return constraints.

Order requests cannot be modified or canceled once payment has been processed and the shipping label has been generated. Under no circumstances can any chemical compound or peptide vial be returned to South Florida Bioresearch once it has left our facility. This policy ensures that the integrity and purity of our stored stock are never compromised.

 
7. Product Performance and Stability Evaluations

We guarantee that our research compounds leave our facility meeting our strict purity standards. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect packaging and report any physical transit damage immediately upon delivery.

Any product performance concerns or structural purity questions must be reported to our support desk at sfbioresearch@gmail.com within thirty days of package receipt. To support your evaluation, we provide downloadable certificates of analysis showing high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry validation.

We strongly recommend purchasing only the quantities required for immediate testing. We are not responsible for the degradation or performance of compounds that have been stored incorrectly or have exceeded their expiration dates.

8. Authorized Use of the Website

We grant you a restricted, non transferable license to access our platform and search our research database.

  • You are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, scrapers, programs, or software to collect data, copy images, or harvest information from our web servers.
  • You agree not to post, share, or upload any false, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content on our community forms or registration portals.
  • We monitor platform traffic to detect security threats, address loading issues, and enforce compliance with these terms.
9. Liability Limitations and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, South Florida Bioresearch, its officers, directors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or your handling of our research materials.

The website, its database, and all compounds are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless South Florida Bioresearch from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and attorney fees arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or handling of our research compounds.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising from these terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If any portion of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
