At South Florida Bio Research, we stand behind the integrity and analytical quality of our laboratory reagents. Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of lyophilized compounds and strict environmental controls required for storage, we enforce a highly controlled refund framework.
1. General Evaluation Window
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee evaluation window beginning from the confirmed carrier delivery date. Due to chain-of-custody protocols and contamination risks, we do not accept physical returns of opened or altered chemical compounds under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Unopened Inventory: Items must remain completely sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for standard refund processing.
- Prior Authorization: No adjustments or refunds will be issued without a documented support ticket submitted to our administrative team.
- Timeframes: Requests initiated after 30 days from the documented delivery date are permanently disqualified from compensation or credit.
3. Damaged or Tampered Transmissions
If an allocation arrives physically compromised or exhibits transit tampering, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery. To expedite a logistics resolution and trigger a rapid reshipment, you must submit the following photographic evidence:
Our checkout process operates as a Request Quote or Request Order system rather than an automated transaction gateway. We do not collect, request, or have access to credit card numbers, CVVs, bank account data, or live digital wallet access details on our site. Any payments, manual invoicing, or subsequent banking transfers are handled independently, securely, and entirely outside this website.
- A clear, high-resolution photograph of the exterior shipping box showing the shipping label and tracking number legibly.
- A photograph capturing the specific area of damage, breach, or structural compromise on the exterior package.
- A photograph of the internal contents highlighting any structural anomalies, broken seals, or vial compromises.
Verified claims adhering to these photographic standards will receive an expedited complimentary replacement allocation processed within 1 business day.
4. Shipping Delays & Transit Loss
A research transit allocation is only designated as officially lost under the following specific metrics:
- The transit carrier issues an official structural loss status verification or claim reference number.
- The shipment undergoes an extraordinary transit delay exceeding 10 business days for standard ground lines, or 5 business days for express air routes.
Upon verification of carrier transit loss, clients may request a complimentary reshipment to the original verified laboratory shipping address. Refunds instead of reshipment are issued exclusively if the carrier officially declares the package permanently lost.
5. Processing Timelines
Once a policy request is verified and approved by our management team:
- Approved monetary refunds will be issued directly back to the original funding mechanism within 5 to 7 business days.
- Original shipping and transit fees are non-refundable.
