Operational Transit Overview

South Florida Bio Research utilizes professional-grade courier networks to ensure timely arrival of research-grade materials across the United States.

  • FedEx 2-Day: Complimentary for research allocations exceeding $200. Note: Transit windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not structurally guaranteed.
  • USPS Priority: Standard transit window of 2–5 business days.
  • Custom Logistics: Alternative carriers or expedited speeds can be coordinated upon request.

Environmental Packaging Standards

Mandatory Photographic Verification Requirements:
  1. A clear, high-resolution photograph of the exterior shipping box showing the shipping label and tracking number legibly.
  2. A photograph capturing the specific area of damage, breach, or structural compromise on the exterior package.
  3. A photograph of the internal contents highlighting any structural anomalies, broken seals, or vial compromises.

Is thermal packaging required? No. Our compounds are processed in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form. This structural state provides significant molecular stability, allowing materials to withstand standard transit temperature variations without degradation.
